Each lesson lasts 35 minutes. Please make sure your child is dressed and ready for class at least 5
minutes prior to your class start time. The Niles Family Fitness Center’s goal is a ratio of 1:5. Although this is our
goal, occasionally the ratio may be higher due to unforeseen circumstances. The Niles Family Fitness Center offers
three locker rooms for meeting the needs of our member's or guests: Mens, Womens, and Family. Due to the limited
size of the Family Locker Room, we ask that if your child is capable of changing on their own, please allow them to do so in the designated men’s or women’s locker room. Additional space is also available in both the men’s and
women’s locker rooms for changing small children. No strollers are allowed on the pool deck.

LEARN TO SWIM PLACEMENT TESTING Placement Test Fee: $5.00
In order to ensure that your child is in the appropriate class,
ALL NEW PARTICIPANTS in the Learn To Swim program must attend a Placement Test. Children will be
tested on their swimming skills and advised to which class level to register for.
Participation in this class does not guarantee your child a spot in the Learn To Swim program.
Swim Club Placement Tests take an average of 20 mins to complete. All other placement test will take an average of 10 mins to complete. Please be aware that times may take longer when more participants are
