Niles, Ill. (March 4) – Mayor Przybylo considers himself a steward of the trees and has taken initiative by starting a campaign dedicated solely to the planting and nurturing of trees. The Village of Niles announced its campaign, “100 Trees, 100 Days” through social media on March 1. The campaign will run for 100 days and one social media post a day will be dedicated to trees. Residents and tree enthusiasts can join the cause by using #100Trees on their social media posts.
“The Village of Niles wants to do something special in conjunction with Arbor Day and Earth Day and educate Niles on the benefits trees,” said Hadley Skeffington-Vos, Assistant Village Manager.
Let’s make Niles a healthier and greener place to live. #100Trees
