Tuesdays 5:50pm Spin & Strength 

35-40 minute Spin followed by 10-15 minutes Strength training off the bike

April 5th-April 26th

Saturdays 8:30am Spin & Stretch

40 minute Spin followed by 10 minutes of Stretching

April 2th-April 23th

Sign up for a 4 week session or use a punch card. 

(We have lots of space, you can set up your bike 10-15 feet apart!)
