Beginner? No worries, she will help acclimate you to the bike.
Each day offers a different format to choose from:
Tuesdays 5:50pm Spin & Strength
35-40 minute Spin followed by 10-15 minutes Strength training off the bike
March 8-March 29
Fridays 11:30am Cycle & Pump
50 Minute Spin class infused with light resistance training
March 4-March 25
Saturdays 8:30am Spin & Stretch
40 minute Spin followed by 10 minutes of Stretching
March 5- March 26

(We have lots of space, you can set up your bike 10-15 feet apart!)
