February classes

 

Fridays 11:30AM-12:20PM Cycle & Pump (Julie)

50 Minute Spin class infused with light resistance training 

2/4 - 2/25 

 

Saturdays 8:30AM-9:20AM Spin & Stretch (Julie)

40 minute Spin followed by 10 minutes of Stretching 

2/5 - 2/26 

 

Tuesdays 5:50pm-6:40PM Spin & Strength (Julie)

35-40 minute Spin followed by 10-15 minutes Strength training off the bike

2/8 –3/1
