Healthy Backs Small Group Training
A class to help strengthen back weakness. We will strengthen low back muscles and mid-section, and improve posture, balance and flexibility, leading you to a healthier back.
Dates: March 11 - April 1 (four week course)
Time: Thursdays 9 a.m. - 10 a.m., Room Multi A
Class format: Strengthening exercises - focusing on core strength (back and abs), gluts, and motions for daily activities. We will also work with balance and posture exercises, and stretching. Our final 10 minutes will focus on relaxation / guided breathing.
Fee: $32 members / $38 nonmembers
