To better serve you, the Village of Niles has launched a new, redesigned utility billing program. The new system allows residents to pay by credit card with no added fees and sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer for payments. Over the course of the next few months, Niles will be bringing even more new features online. The utility bill has a new look and changes that will benefit residents, including a chart to help you better understand your water usage habits.
You will need the information from your NEW Utility Bill (received in the mail on or after 3/17/2021) to use this online portal.
