New Updates to Our Reservation System

Nothing is perfect but we are moving quickly to get there. The following are some updates and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

Cancelling of Classes and Reservations: This must be done in-house by either email or phone call.  We ask that you do this as soon as possible so that people who are on the waitlist can be moved into your spot. Please contact us at fitnesscenter@vniles.com or 847-588-8400 (Membership Services Desk)

Waitlisted Classes and Reservations:  Once you choose to be waitlisted for a class you will remain on the list until a spot become available. If a spot becomes available you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your spot in class  If you choose to cancel your waitlist option please contact us at fitnesscenter@vniles.com or 847-588-8400 (Membership Services Desk). This will insure that others on the waitlist have a chance to join the class

Aquacize Class Numbers: We have re-accessed the number of participants we can safely social distance in the pool area and have increased that number to 11

Lap Swim Reservations:  We are doing our best to accommodate as many members as we can, therefore reservations will only be taken one week in advance

Web Broswers:  Chrome, Firefox and Safari

Please Note: The Lap Swim Reservation System and Class Reservation System can be taken down from time to time so that changes can be made to enhance our Member’s and Group Express Card Holders experience as they navigate through the system
