The Niles Fitness Center Exercise Classes give a variety of classes that allows me to have structure, accountability, and camaraderie for me to maintain my physical and mental wellness. The instructors/trainers Karen, Nicole and Duvia are always keeping the classes fresh and challenging at the same time encouraging me to push myself. I have been a member for more than 11 years. During those years, the classes have stayed challenging and believe it or not FUN. I am looking forward to going back to my classes to regain structure to my exercise regimen because I cannot do it alone - I miss the social interaction of exercise.
To any new member- I recommend that you give classes a minimum of one month of participation to feel comfortable in the class and to see results. The longer you participate in a class- you actually make new friends and they become your exercise buddies.
