[ARCHIVED] Testimonial Tuesday

It is so easy to enumerate the ways that the Niles Family Fitness Center has enriched my life. Of course, from the physical aspect, the opportunity to participate in classes is outstanding. It is important having a professional trainer leading classes, giving information and advice, and looking out for the prevention of problems. As one ages, flexibility, strength, and ability to preform diminishes. It would be much easier to sit in a chair instead of participating. The teachers at NFFC provide amazing motivation for all ages. In this time of upheaval and worry, NFFC has stood behind its members and provided Youtube videos plus zoom classes. It has been great to keep connected. Many of the older members suffer from arthritis. A trip to the rheumatologist affirmed the position that exercise is critical to keeping arthritis in control. Besides bone health, we all know the benefits to our cardiovascular and muscular systems. An untold benefit comes from the socialization and camaraderie provided.

I really feel that NFFC has stepped up in this pandemic time. It is much appreciated by me and I look forward to the time when our lives will be a little more normal.

Thank you, Linda for everything you have done,

Mailyn RowAN
