Here is next week’s schedule of LIVE workouts through Zoom. All Niles Family Fitness members and Group Express card members who are interested in participating in a Zoom Live workout, email Danielle at dld@vniles.com by Friday 6/5 11am to be included in the Zoom email group. The email with the Zoom links will be sent out on Friday June 5th at noon.
Upcoming Zoom Live Schedule:
Monday 6/8 10:00-10:35 am Gentle Strength Circuit – Light resistance work, low to moderate intensity
Tuesday 6/9 10:00-10:55 am Body Flex – Full body strength with High Energy Cardio bursts
Wednesday 6/10 5:00-5:45 pm Core Fusion – Fusion of Pilates and other core exercises with some standing leg and glute work. *We will use a mat, a resistance band and/or Yoga Strap, large bath towel and a chair.
Thursday 6/11 10:00-10:55 am Body Flex- Full body strength with High Energy Cardio bursts
