[ARCHIVED] Zoom Workouts For Our Fitness Center Members


Here is next week’s schedule of LIVE workouts through Zoom.  All Niles Family Fitness members and Group Express card members who are interested in participating in a Zoom Live workout, email Danielle at by Friday 6/5 11am to be included in the Zoom email group.  The email with the Zoom links will be sent out on Friday June 5th at noon.

Upcoming Zoom Live Schedule:

Monday  6/8 10:00-10:35 am Gentle Strength Circuit – Light resistance work, low to moderate intensity 

Tuesday   6/9 10:00-10:55 am Body Flex – Full body strength with High Energy Cardio bursts

Wednesday 6/10  5:00-5:45 pm Core Fusion  –  Fusion of Pilates and other core exercises with some standing leg and glute work. *We will use a mat, a resistance band and/or Yoga Strap, large bath towel and a chair. 

Thursday  6/11 10:00-10:55 am Body Flex- Full body strength with High Energy Cardio bursts
