[ARCHIVED] Speed, Agility, and Core Strengthening at the Fitness Center

For 5th-9th grade athletes. This program will focus on core strengthening form, running, and plyometics to develop fast twitch muscle fiber. The goal is to improve core strength, balance and overall athleticism. 6 weeks

Additional Trainings can be arranged for your specific team or sport.
