[ARCHIVED] Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training at the Fitness Center

Goal: to increase speed and agility for basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, hockey, or any other sport. Functional speed, agility, and quickness training results in better performance.

Coaches: Keilan Bonner and Beau Desherow
SAQ (Ages 10- high school) -athletes will be grouped by age

Dates: May 3 - May 26
Monday and Wednesday (four weeks / eight sessions)
Time: 8 p.m to 9 p.m.
Session Fee: $153 Member / $163.00 Non-Members
Early Registration by April 26th $142 Member / $152 Non-Member
