PUSH - YOUR - LIMITS

When: Thursdays Nov 29 – Dec 27  7:30-8:15AM   (5 week session)

Fee: $33 Member/ $39 Nonmember  

(Registration deadline is Sun. Nov 25th  Class minimum is 7 participants)

10 Min Warm Up     20 Min AMRAP/Workout    10 Min Core    5-10 Min Cool Down/Stretch

Class Description:

AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible) workouts can help you maximize calorie burn in a short amount of time.  The main goal of an AMRAP workout is to do a set list of moves as many times as you can in a set amount of time.  Push yourself to your limit in this class & you will find you will build the ability to move at higher intensity for longer periods of time. BONUS: You’ll get that “after burn” effect…your body will continue to burn POST exercise!  We will utilize all types of equipment.  Intermediate to advanced.  Arrive 5 Minutes early to set-up.
