The Village of Niles cordially invites you to attend an Open House Public Information Meeting to discuss the schematic design drawings for the Milwaukee Avenue streetscape project on Thursday, October 11 at 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Niles Village Hall.
The intent of the meeting is to present the proposed improvement design and seek public input regarding the project. The Milwaukee Avenue streetscape project features work on Milwaukee Avenue from Monroe Street to Greenwood Avenue and will include infrastructure improvements, wayfinding signage, benches, trees and planters.
The meeting will be conducted in an open house format, meaning interested persons can attend any time between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to review exhibits, ask questions and submit comments. Members of the project team – including village engineering staff and ESI Consultants – will be present to discuss the project and receive feedback from interested business owners and residents.
The informational meeting is open to the public and will take place in the Village Hall Council Chambers located at 1000 Civic Center Drive in Niles.
