Restorative Stretch & Meditation
Your body will take what it needs from this gentle, calming class. Daily stress can cause tightness in the body,
especially in neck and back muscles. Give your body the restorative stretch it needs and allow your mind to escape
after a mentally exhausting day. This class will benefit all fitness levels, but would be a great beginner class for those who want to experience a deep full body stretch without Yoga poses.
