TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING: A new way to train - you will use your own bodyweight to build true functional strength, improve flexibility, balance, and core stability all at once. 7 Weeks

8:20-9:00 AM      Tuesday         January 9-February 20

5:40-6:20 PM      Tuesday        January 9-February 20


TRX MEDLEY: Class will start with 25 minutes of suspension training followed by 25 minutes of either Spinning or Yoga.

11:10-12:00 PM  Monday  January 8-February 19


TRX STRENGTH: Join us for this early bird class and get your strength on

6:15 -6:55 AM    Wednesday  January 10-February 21


TRX CHALLENGE: This fast paced class will utilize TRX Straps along with other equipment for a full body strength and cardio workout.

8:20-9:00 AM   Friday  January 12-February 23
