PILATES & STRETCH

Pilates is a series of controlled exercises that engage the mind and body to develop strong flexible muscles without building bulk. Class will include strength and balance exercises 7 weeks

PILATES BARRE FUSION

We will combine Pilates mat exercises with barre exercises that strengthen arms, legs back and glutes. class will include balance and posture exercises  7 Weeks

 There  is a 6-7 person minimum per class
