1- Arrachera (grilled marinated skirt steak, rice and beans, bacon sofrito, sweet red onion, and chimichurri sauce), 2- Salmon (sweet corn risotto, market carrot escabeche, tomato saffron sauce, parsley oil), or 3- Spiced chicken (criollo marinated Amish chicken, roasted potatoes, watercress). You will have a choice between a Carnivale specialty mocktail or seasonal agua fresca (fresh water). Next, we will visit the National Museum of Mexican Art, the leading Mexican art institution in the U.S., where we will have the opportunity to have a guided tour of the four galleries and special exhibitions.
