Yoga Mat Class

Are you afraid that if you go down on a floor mat, you won’t be able to get up? Let Diane teach you that you surely can get up whether you’ve never done a mat class before or you are looking to refine your core poses. Classes will emphasize developing strength, flexibility, and ease in the body in order to quiet the mind. A variety of poses will be explored with the intent of developing a greater sense of body consciousness; flexibility and release of fears of not being able to get up.
