Drumming for Your Health (Oct - Dec Session)

Join us for a “whole brain-whole body” workout experience as we use continuous movement linked with rhythm patterns to drum on exercise balls.  Strengthen muscles, improve balance, challenge congnitive function and heart rate while reducing stress.  A great workout, with great benefits that is just simply great fun.

Are you afraid that if you go down on a floor mat, you won’t be able to get up? Let Diane teach you that you surely can get up whether you’ve never done a mat class before or you are looking to refine your core poses. Classes will emphasize developing strength, flexibility, and ease in the body in order to quiet the mind. A variety of poses will be explored with the intent of developing a greater sense of body consciousness; flexibility and release of fears of not being able to get up.
