Vehicle Licensing

Vehicle Window Stickers

According to Chapter 98 Article III of the Village Code, all vehicles registered or garaged within the Village must display a current Village vehicle sticker. This includes automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, and all leased vehicles.

Vehicle stickers are valid from July 1 through June 30. Stickers must be displayed in the lower right hand passenger corner of the windshield. If a vehicle sticker is not displayed by July 1, you may be subject to a ticket. In addition, late fees of $25, or $50 for Class B or larger, will be applied for stickers not purchased by August 1. The late fees will be doubled if the vehicle is not in compliance by September 1.
