Utility Billing (Water/Sewer)

ACTION REQUIRED - Due to a Village software update on March 12, 2022, residents who use the online self-service portal will need to re-register their account. More information on the new online Vehicle Window Sticker Renewal system:

Beginning in 2020, most vehicle window stickers can be renewed online. The Village encourages everyone to take advantage of the online renewal system, if possible. Renewals, corrections and vehicle information changes can be completed online. However, renewals involving a change that would affect the price cannot be made online.

Residents who have received a senior discount in the past and whose pre-printed application already shows an age of 62 or older (by June 30, 2021) do not need to show an ID to receive the senior discount again this year. Individuals who are receiving the discount for the first time or whose application does not show that the individual’s birth date or age must apply once to receive the senior discount.
