Special Events Application

Organizations and businesses interested in hosting a special event must apply for a special event permit. This includes: ​Festivals, ​Sporting Events, ​5K Walk or Run, ​Tent or Sidewalk Sales, ​Expos, ​Concerts, ​Parades, ​Farmers Market

No permits will be issued while the Stay-at-Home order is in effect.

Applications may be submitted and each event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Permits will only be issued if social distancing can be maintained and safety measures meet the CDC requirements. A permit will only be granted with approval from the Police Chief, Fire Chief and Village Manager’s office.

Any organization or business interested in hosting an event at the 9101 Greenwood site adjacent to Golf Mill Park, must carefully review the Policy and Procedures and submit an application at least 90 days in advance of event date.
