Trainers:
Fred Caito: Spent 30 years as the athletic trainer for the Chicago Bears and has a Masters Degree in Physical Education from Northwestern University.
Cathy Fay: Has a Master of Science degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Physiology. She was formerly the director of The Wellness Center at Holy Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
