Compliance Plan Committee
Mission Statement:
As a subcommittee of the Village of Niles Board of Ethics, the Compliance Plan Committee shall take steps to assist in the creation of a climate of honesty and integrity at all levels of the Village Government of Niles. In order to accomplish this goal, this subcommittee will work with the Village Government to insure (1) that the Village Ethics Ordinance is implemented, (2) that Village officials and employees are properly trained in the Ethics Ordinance, and (3) that a procedure to test the effectiveness of the implementation of the Ethics Ordinance is put in place.
